Shipping Information (US)

*We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders (excluding taxes and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories).

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 2:30 PM EST to start processing on the same day, most orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

If your order contains a hazmat item, it will ship ground (2-8 days total delivery time.)

  • What qualifies as a hazmat item?
    Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, perfumes, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Unfortunately, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items need to be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You can always contact us for any return question at hello@saynbeauty.com.
Within 48 business hours we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not ship items without first requesting a return from us as this makes it difficult to identify your return. Merchandise needs to be returned and shipped within 30 days of approval or return will be voided.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
